A preparation method of cesium tungsten bronze nanopowder, including the following steps:
Step one: Weigh cesium nitrate and ammonium metatungstate according to the molar ratio of Cs/W - 1: (1.5-2.8), add EDTA and analytically pure propylene glycol, and react at 170°C for 3h; wherein, the molar ratio of EDTA and cesium ions is (3-7):1; the amount of analytically pure propylene glycol is to make the molar concentration of the cesium salt reach 0.1-0.4mol/L.
Step two: The mixture obtained in step one is loaded into a para-polyphenylene pressure capacity bomb, reacted at 260-270°C for 5-8h;
Step three: The reactant obtained in step two is alcohol-washed, centrifuged, and dried under vacuum at 80°C to obtain a cesium tungsten bronze powder with complete crystallinity. The method saves the reaction raw materials, thereby saving the preparation cost. Also, the reaction preparation period is short, so it is favorable for industrial production.
